think things through.
Individual and couples therapy for anxiety, life transitions, and the relationships that matter most — built around depth, not volume.
Therapy shaped around the person, not a protocol.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
First, thank you for being here. I want to acknowledge that you have taken the first step to begin your journey into therapy. That in and of itself is significant because starting therapy can bring up a lot of emotions, and I recognize the strength it takes to reach out. No matter what brings you here, my door is open.
Together we will work to treat the symptoms you are experiencing in the here and now, and also work alongside one another to explore what is causing them, fostering holistic healing and growth. My goal is to empower you to transform your experiences into resilience and emotional well-being.
I am passionate about working with both couples and individuals. Cultural attunement is at the heart of my practice, informed by a deep respect for diversity and a belief in the importance of cultural context in therapy. I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where clients from all backgrounds feel understood and valued.

Common questions
What happens in the first session?
We'll spend the hour on your history, what's bringing you in, and what you want out of therapy. It's a conversation, not an intake form — though there is a little paperwork first.
Do you accept insurance?
I'm out-of-network with all insurance plans, so I don't bill directly. I provide a superbill you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement — many PPO plans cover a meaningful portion.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, with the standard legal exceptions around imminent harm to yourself or others, or abuse of a child or dependent adult. I'll walk through the specifics in our first session.
How long does therapy typically take?
Some people come for a few months to work through something specific. Others stay for years. We check in regularly on whether it's still useful to you.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes — sessions are available in person or by secure video, and most clients use some mix of both depending on the week.

Insurance
This practice is private pay and out-of-network with all insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of each session by card or HSA/FSA.
On request, I provide a monthly superbill with the codes and documentation needed to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurer. I'd encourage you to call the number on your card and ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before we begin.
Start with a conversation.
Send a note with what's bringing you in, and I'll follow up to schedule a free consultation.
